Captcha Stash is an iOS application developed by Ambor ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Captcha Stash (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your sensitive data remains secure and accessible only by humans—not machines.
Captcha Stash is designed to function entirely on your iOS device without transmitting or storing any of your information externally. We do not collect, use, disclose, or share any personal or non-personal data with third parties.
To ensure that only humans can access stored content, Captcha Stash requires a visual CAPTCHA check to unlock the vault. This challenge is processed locally and is not sent to any servers. No CAPTCHA answers or access attempts are logged or transmitted outside your device.
The App provides a secure vault that stores information only on your device. This may include text, files, or other data you manually enter or save. All stored data is encrypted and remains fully under your control. We never have access to your vault contents.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any user data to third parties. All content you create or store with Captcha Stash stays on your device and is never uploaded or shared unless you choose to export it through your own actions.
All vault data is encrypted and protected by both iOS device-level security (such as Face ID, passcode) and the CAPTCHA verification built into the App. We strongly recommend keeping your device updated and secured with biometric or passcode protection.
In the event of device loss, theft, or deletion of the app, we cannot help recover your vault data, as it is never stored remotely.
Captcha Stash is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us — though we do not store any external data, we can still address your concern.
If you choose to manually export or back up data from the vault, that action is initiated and controlled by you through your device’s operating system. Any export method you use (email, iCloud, AirDrop, etc.) is governed by third-party privacy policies, which we do not control.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or app functionality. Updates will be posted within the App or via our website if applicable. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
